WHAT MAKES A GREAT DENVER REALTOR?
Being a great Denver REALTOR means more than adhering to a code of ethics and standards of practice. It’s a dedication to the highest levels of expertise, service and professionalism.
– IT’S A COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE!
EXPERIENCE

I have been a Denver REALTOR for nearly 25 years. I worked for a custom builder, was the Managing Broker for 2 real estate companies, prepared BPO’s for various lenders and closed 100’s of transactions.
Education

In order to keep current and to deepen and expand my knowledge, I have made continuing education a priority. As a result, I have earned numerous REALTOR designations and certifications.
PERSONALITY

If you don’t like and trust me then we are probably not a good fit. Honesty, integrity, patience, communication & compassion are a few of the words you will find on my metro Denver client testimonials.
VALUE

Value means getting a superior product or service for an equal or lower price. My marketing and services are top notch, and my commissions are very competitive or less than most Denver REALTORS.
about nathan
I am a 3rd generation Colorado native and was born and raised in the Denver area. My Great Uncle Tommy Hart won a large amount of real estate in Lakewood from a poker game which became Hart’s Corner. I was practically raised in the pet store my parents owned while I was growing up. My love for pets has stayed with me into my adult years.
When I’m not being a REALTOR and selling real estate, I enjoy skiing and competing in pinball tournaments. I have a beautiful wife and 2 wonderful kids.
