I am a 3rd generation Colorado native and was born and raised in the Denver area. My Great Uncle Tommy Hart won a large amount of land in Lakewood from a poker game which became Hart’s Corner. Later my Grandpa owned the land as well as other real estate. He taught me that real estate is one of the best investments to own.
I was practically raised in the pet store my parents owned while I was growing up and my love for pets has stayed with me into my adult years. When I’m not selling real estate or playing with my dogs, I enjoy skiing and competing in pinball tournaments. I have a beautiful wife and 2 wonderful kids.

My real estate career began nearly 25 years ago. In addition to helping people buy and sell homes, I have worked for a Semi-Custom home builder, I was the Managing Broker for 2 different real estate companies and I prepared Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) for various banks and lenders. I am a full time REALTOR and also a real estate investor, owning 5 rental units. I have bought, renovated and sold 8 other homes in Denver area.
I love the many aspects of Real Estate with all of the opportunities and challenges it has brought for me. My biggest strengths relating to Real Estate sales are accurately pricing homes, negotiating, and understanding the nuances of real estate contracts. My biggest weakness is prospecting for new clients (I don’t enjoy knocking on doors or cold calling). Helping people realize their Real Estate goals is a great feeling and very rewarding for me. Some of the most important skills and qualities I bring to the table are: honesty and integrity; knowledge of the purchase process, contracts and the real estate market; responsiveness; communication skills and negotiation skills.
I am a Colorado Native. I attended Metropolitan State College and finished my college career at Regis University. I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. My hobbies include competing in pinball tournaments, skiing and taking care of my dogs. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and A Denver Metro Board of Realtors.
