Matterport virtual tours are the “always open” open houses.  Blow prospective buyers away with 3D Showcase – an immersive online 3D experience that gives buyers a true sense of the feeling of your property before they ever see it in person.  This is by far the coolest new technology I am using to sell and market homes in the Denver area.

Social media Home marketing

According to Statista, 77% of Americans have a social media profile.  Combining this with the fact that 51% of Denver home buyers find their homes online makes social media home advertising a must.  But, I don’t just post your property on Facebook – I belong to over 100 metro Denver Facebook groups such as geographic groups for neighborhoods and cities and real estate specific groups such as coming soon listings, real estate watch lists and groups exclusively for real estate agents.  In addition to posting your listing in these groups, I create targeted marketing ads which show up on users’ Instagram and Facebook feeds based on their interests, browsing habits, occupation, geographic area, hobbies, etc.

Postcards, brochures and networking

Every agent I meet or work with goes into my database.  When I get a new listing, they are the first to get an email.  Everyone would rather work with somebody who they know, like and trust – and real estate agents are no different.

Not all home marketing should be left to shiny new technology. Age old proven strategies are still a part of my marketing plan.  I mail just listed cards to your neighbors in case they know of somebody who might want to move into your neighborhood.  Professional property brochures are placed in a brochure box next to the sign.
